relatively clear, combination skin with a tendency towards the sensitive side. I do have rosacea at times. I like using an exfoliant a few times a week (usually chemical before I discovered this beauty!) I find that using an exfoliant really allows my serums to go deeper and work more effectively. They are a staple in my routine. I was really happy with the result and the way it left my skin feeling. I liked that it left my skin feeling hydrated, clean and so smooth. I did note that I had to be careful not to scrub too hard with this product. I would recommend this if you have the money to spend at this price point.

I have recently been using Byron Bay Exfoliating Mask and while I have not been using it for a long time I can see improved texture, reduced appearance of pores, brighter complexion, and enhanced skincare product absorption. Beautiful and luxurious packaging. The face mask smells like a dreamy spa treatment - not too overpowering at all and very relaxing. Apply for 10 minutes, get some downtime and remove gently. It removes any residue on my face and buffs away dead skin. I do tend to have sensitive skin sometimes and I don't feel like this aggravated it at all. Skin feels clean and pampered afterwards - love!

I was so upset that this product was so rough because other products in the line are amazing. Days after exfoliating I broke out in pimples all over, I’ve never broken out like this in my life. It has impacted my skin and has still not resolved.

Although it states it is a mask it took a while to dry down and even the dry down effect wasn’t really feeling like a mask. repurchase considering the quantity of product in ratio to the quality. It says to be a generous with the product application however; as someone who exfoliates 2-3 times a week this product just had lasted me for 3 weeks and that was me using it sparingly as I am quite heavy handed with other exfoliant masks. Over the product is great however; just wish there was more grams considering the price point as there are heaps of other luxury Cosmeceutical exfoliants that are amazing and even pharmaceutical exfoliants that are double that price however; tripple the quantity.

This exfoliating mask while smells great, is luxurious and has a great ethical product list is not for me due to very sensitive skin and prone to broken capallaries! The gentle Lychee Exfoliant effectively buffs away dullness and daily buildup without irritating my skin. Then, as it transforms into a clay mask, the Kaolin Clay and Hemp Seed Extract kick in to detox and decongest my pores.

I love how it starts as a physical exfoliant and shifts into a clay-based treatment, it's like getting two treatments in one. My skin always looks clearer, more radiant, and the texture feels noticeably more refined afterward.

The only downside is the size that at just 25g, you might run out faster than expected, especially if you're consistent with use. But given the results, it's absolutely worth it.

I actually wasn’t expecting to love this as much as I do. I’m often hesitant with micro exfoliants as they tend to irritate my skin, this one however is bomb. I have been using the product over the weeks now. I found that the product refines skin texture and I can feel the watery of my skin. I have applied twice per week after my normal face wash. the tiny sand like particles working to exfoliate your skin. Continue until the mask turns white and then lay back for 10minutes and enjoy the wonderful scent as the mask does its work. After 10minutes wash the mask off with the help of one of the gentle muslin cloths that can be purchased from the Purely Byron website. My skin felt lovely after this experience.
