Amazing! – I was lucky enough to get this as a freebie after purchasing a Neutrogena face wash. This is my first ever sheet mask and I love it. It feels amazing on the face. It doesn’t feel heavy or slimey it feels very cool and relaxing. Easy to put on. Not at all messy! Might have to make this a regular or occasional purchase! :) :)

Fiddly to use but OK – First, open the packet over the sink - there's a lot of surplus goo inside. The soft jelly-like mask has two pieces, which are supposed to be stuck to a plastic liner to make them easier to handle. When I opened my packet, the two pieces were stuck to each other instead, but I was able to separate them gently. Then I had a problem, because the mask has a right side and a wrong side, and because they hadn't been stuck to the liner, I couldn't tell which was which. I chose to put them on textured side outwards.
Even though they were stuck together, it was easy to tell which part was which - one has eye holes and the other has a mouth hole. The holes aren't fully cut out - the flaps have been left in place, meaning that you can fold them over your eyes and mouth if you like. I quite liked that feature.
I felt a slightly prickly sensation while wearing the mask and my face still feels a little tight afterwards. However when I touch my skin with my fingers, it does feel softer. It's not the best feeling I've had after a face mask, though.
Note: I don't think my product was faulty, because I looked at some reviews of other Neutrogena masks, and them not being stuck to the liner seems to be a common situation.
