Amazing image quality and has never missed a beat. It was super easy to install and I love the it's compact yet has a touch screen. Highly recommended!

Purchased in for $549.

Just after my Nextbase 422GW warrantee, (of course), ran out I noticed my NB 422GW was making a clicking lopping noise and I was unable to synch it to my iPhone. After weeks where I tried to re-connect the dashcam to my iPhone I gave up. I googled various Nextbase owners groups and it was apparent this is a common problem. Thank you. I emailed Nextbase, received a ticket # however I'm STILL WAITING for their reply.

I even went back to the Auto electrician to see if he could help....nope. From what I have read from the other individuals review, NB has updated the firmware, and like himself I had NO knowledge of this. So I'll need to charge up my laptop, ( if I'm bothered), and workout that process.

May just buy a reliable dashcam and throw this piece of plastic junk in the bin.

Purchased for $450.

Why I will never buy a Nextbase product again. I have a Nextbase Dash Cam 422GW which did not turn off automatically, froze and needed to be reset each time. I raised a ticket with Nextbase and was made to jump through hoops, and after buying a replacement Nextbase Dash Cam which had the same issue, I was made to jump through hoops once again and finally gave up. I returned the new Nextbase Dash Cam. Nextbase then released a new version of the firmware (R30.7), I installed it on my old Dash Cam, and now that is working fine. Days of effort and wasted money (over 2 months), and it was a firmware issue all along (which I suspected, being the same issue on both cameras). The really annoying thing is, Nextbase must have known they had an issue with the firmware, but chose not to let their customer's know, and instead wasted my time and money. This is brand destroying behaviour. I have already bought a new Dash Cam (clearly not Nextbase).
