I had stopped receiving my pay or missed any payments. I provided my latest payslip and bank transaction information to try to clarify the situation and contacted NextPayday by email multiple times.

Unfortunately, despite explaining the situation and providing the relevant information, I have received no response or even an acknowledgement to my emails.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that I had previously used the service and repaid the loans as agreed. I wasn’t simply asking why an application had been declined, I was trying to resolve a verification issue and provide evidence of my income, but I have been completely unable to get anyone to respond.

I understand that an application can be declined, but the lack of communication afterwards has been extremely disappointing. If a customer takes the time to provide supporting information and repeatedly contacts you for assistance, I believe they should at least receive a response.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend NextPayday. The biggest issue for me has been the lack of customer service and communication when I have genuinely needed assistance.

Be very careful when using this company if you need to contact Nextpayday Australia, forget it. You will send numerous emails and they just do not respond. There is no way to contact them other than email. Seems very suspicious to just be so silent and ignorant.

They stole my card details to make a withdrawal from my debit account I only borrowed $150 and made the repayments but they now claim I owe them nearly over $700 There’s no way to report them to AFCA as the business name or ABN or ACN numbers don’t exist I know this company exists in Nigeria so that of course set off alarms in my brain

Worked great for first cashout. Then after the payday loan is finished, had to email them and it was fixed, had to do this four times until they suddenly stopped replying to my emails. Very dodgy company be careful
