I bought my air fryer in November 2025, and now I use it almost exclusively to cook 95% of my meals. I don't know if it's the best air fryer on the market, but it is perfect for my needs (I am a single pensioner). If I have one minor complaint, it's that the unit is noisier than I expected. Other than that, the capacity of the basket is more than generous - enough to accomodate a 20cm cake pan - and it works as advertised.

Purchased in at Harris Scarfe for $180.

Ordered the product on 16 June and I'm still waiting for delivery. I called customer service a week later who said their 'tracking' logins were down and they couldn't locate the consignment. A few days later when I still hadn't had an update or received my order I got in touch with them again. They said they had processed a full refund. A few days after that, no refund and no product. I got in touch yet again. They claimed a delivery had been attempted but no one was home. I work from home and have an intercom at our front gate!!! We're now almost 3 weeks down the track and still nothing!!! Customer service over promise and under deliver. I now don't want the product at all and am demanding a refund. Customer complaint sent to Afterpay but they take a back seat. Next step - Office Of Fair Trading then QCAT!!!

Upon opening and removing the drawer I was extremely disappointed to notice how small the tray circumference is compared to the Aldi Ambiano 5L digital airfryer it is replacing. I do not understand how this unit can be advertised as 6.2L as the entire product dimensions inside and outside are smaller by a significant amount to my old 5L fryer. The only thing this product does better is have a crisper function for chips and a dehydrate function for making jerky for us. I understand the tray is a little deeper to try make up the volume vertically rather than horizontally and I guess this is to take up less bench space for people who don't have a large kitchen but I won't be buying another appliance from Ninja without looking at it in person first after this experience. I feel the advertised capacity is misleading to all consumer's. If you are cooking for 3 or more I'd suggest another size bigger as you can't cook 1kg of french fries in it properly with consistent crispness. Considering the Aldi fryer was $69 and this one was $149 on sale, I would still have preferred a larger circumference on the overall tray than a few extra frying features.
