The food processor bowl is an issue. Had barely used for 6 months and each broke. Initially I thought it's one off when the first one broke however after using the second one I realised there is a fundamental defect in its quality and make as the jar breaks in the same pattern. I also have another friend who has had same issue. Poor quality. Struggling to work without the chopper. Hoping Ninja resolves this issue.

Purchased in at Myer for $299.

I purchased a Ninja blender less than a year ago. At just six months of use, it completely stopped working. That alone was disappointing, but what followed was beyond frustrating. The customer service experience has been the worst I’ve ever encountered. I reached out for support and waited weeks for any kind of reply. When they finally responded, they didn’t offer a solution — instead, they asked me to record videos, take photos, and even cut the unit’s power cord, all while I was overseas. They did absolutely nothing to assist or accommodate my situation.

Never in my life have I experienced such poor service from a company. Let this be a warning: do not buy Ninja products. If anything goes wrong, no one will help you. Spend your money elsewhere — on a brand that stands behind their products and respects their customers.
