Very disappointed I’ve had a XL Pro air fryer before and it was fantastic, thought I’d update to a double stack so I could cook full meals. After much trial and effort I’ve gone back to my XL Pro as the double stack cooked unevenly when using both trays, repeated efforts gave the same result, I was constantly checking and increasing time to get… Read more
and even cook, in other words I couldn’t leave it. Now Ninja makes a usually quality product, my XL PRO is an example of this but really if you are buying a double stack I wouldn’t recommend it
Things have come along way since my Grandma's woodfired oven. I have been forcefully thrust into Generation Z era and have gone out an bought my first 'Air Fryer'. food in less time than my oven (big cost saving), It uses way less power than my oven (big cost saving), It somehow creates hotter food on the plate than my expensive Bosch oven. The Air Fryer cools down in a fraction of the time and also generates very little radiant heat (a godsend during the summer months when I'm extremely reluctant to turn the oven on during heatwaves). It takes up very little bench space, which is always premium in kitchens. It's also super simple to clean. And last of all, for what it does, it's cheap. So what's not to like.
Let's move on to the negative point... It's a little noisy..., but that's it. If you can hide it in a pantry to let it do its job, well that negates the one negative issue I have.
Overall quality, build and ease of use is top notch. Solid design and safe to use, unless you touch the hot things, but that's something that Gen X's have to do.
Overall a 4.5 rating from me.
