Used about 20 times, 8 months old. Dead. Won't turn on....... .Update, Ninja have organized a replacement unit very quickly so I'm impressed with their Customer Service.
Too heavy – Bought the Ninja foodie cold and hot, for making soup. Only took the glass jar out, it’s vey heavy. Sadly cannot be returned. I was advised to sell it on EBay.
My new favourite kitchen appliance, i use it every day – Blends well, it is a solid machine that blends chunks of solid vegetables and frozen fruit quickly and evenly. It also cooks it you want it to. Put in onions or ginger with oil, (i add chunks of chicken) then press sauté. It chops and cooks the ingredients for a few minutes . Then put chunks of vegetables and some water and select smooth soup or chunky soup. In about half an hour you’ll have a fresh, flavoursome bowl of soup. It heightens the flavours way more than stovetop or slow cooking does. When finished rinse then put water & a couple of drops of detergent & select clean. Such an easy blender to use - I love it, I have fresh soup every day and have no trouble eating enough vegetables now
Purchased in at openshop for $270.
