Food gets stuck in the handle internal crevices, then goes rotten. Salad slicer processor is poor. I highly doubt the salad shown in the marketing images was sliced with the Ninja, so false advertising. I get the impression this is another product marketed to do a hundred different things but doesn't do the basics very well. Show details

Follow-up  · Slicer is poor process with several vegetable types. Handle is very difficult to clean. The noise of the processor is ok.

The food process bowl base on our Ninja Intelli-Sense blender broke 6 months ago, after 2 years of ownership and light use. After looking into it, this is clearly a common issue and there are many similar reports on ProductReview. Ninja were completely unhelpful once they confirmed the unit was out of warranty. They told us the replacement… Read more

processor bowl base is out of stock and did not have any knowledge when it might be available again. What was most frustrating is that Ninja, as the manufacturer, suggested we try Amazon or eBay instead where the part is not available. The part has been out of stock on their website for over 8 months now.

It is extremely disappointing that this product is still being sold in stores when there is a well known failure point and Ninja themselves cannot supply a critical spare part or even say when it will return to stock. A blender at this price point should not become unusable because of one plastic component and this is potentially an issue under Australian Consumer Law.

I would not recommend this product based on the lack of support and accountability.

I have had the base of the food processor bowl break off 3 times. The first time I was sent a replacement. The next time I was told I had to purchase a replacement, and I was told that this is extremely rare. When I look up reviews I can see that this has happened to multiple people. When I told ninja this they still claimed it was extremely rare.… Read more

I have super glued the base back on to get a few months more out of it but now the motor has died. Not good enough for a $350 machine!!

Over engineered and loud! – Bought this 1.5 years ago and have only sparingly used the food processor and spiralizer. The good: The blender works great! Works great for the smoothies. The spiralizer works well for zoodles and other veggies. The bad: Louder than my lawnmower - make sure to use PPE! Over-engineered attachments - the amount of locking, clicking and button… Read more

mechanisms for the attachments alone was worthy of a brain teaser. The lid of the food processor failed to lock in properly, so the actual thing didn't start doing anything unless I held it in place. I get safety (which is negated by the holding the lid in place problem), but a simple "turn and click" in place does the job. The food processor - after maybe the 3rd or 4th time using it, the bottom of the bowl attachment sheared right off the plastic base so the blade inside of the food processing bowl didn't spin. When I took it off, the amount of grease between the broken spindle attachment and the plastic bowl was like a "fat-berg". Conclusion: It gets two stars (would prefer a 1.5) because the spiraliser and blender worked well. Returned it for a full refund from the good guys that I purchased it from with no issues (5 stars to them), but I will never spend over $300 for a Ninja appliance, or multi function appliance, again (which is my own mistake).

Poor experience with Ninja and the CT682 – My experiences with this product and Ninja were poor. Within a year the gears in the blender jug collapsed. The jug was replaced free of charge by Ninja. Within 2 years the electric motor in the unit started making an acrid chemical smell (akin to burning Bakelite - a carcinogen). Ninja declined to take any action as they were unable to locate a… Read more

warranty card, no further advice has been received from Ninja with respect the to the use of the "system" however the base has been put in the recycling and the accessories donated to a colleague who also has a failed jug. Additional notes: When in use it sounded like a jumbo jet taking off. Despite the cost of the "system" I am quite relieved to see the back of it. No serial number was present which I suspect contradicts legislation with regard to being able to track defective and potentially harmful product. I cannot recommend this product and based on its response nor can I recommend Ninja.

Best blender I’ve ever had! – Wanted this for the ice blending capabilities and I am very impressed so far. Completely blends ice and frozen fruit into a sorbet in 1 minute. Very easy to replicate cafe style drinks at home, we’ve been making them every day since purchasing. Have many plans for fun frozen cocktails and just a banana and some milk whips up to the fluffiest,… Read more

most delicious smoothie I’ve ever had. I can whip up a pancake batter in 30 seconds, cookie dough is great in the food processor too. So far there has been nothing that the ninja can’t handle. It’s a very efficient machine and definitely lives up to the hype.

Everything comes apart for an easy clean up, it’s also designed so nothing leaks and there are no pesky seals to fiddle around with. It feels like amazing quality compared to other blenders we have owned in the past. Parts are individually replaceable and extra components available on the Ninja website at very reasonable costs. There are endless recipes and uses for the ninja and it’s very quickly becoming a staple appliance in our kitchen.

Good till it last – Bought Ninja CT682 less then 2 years ago, considering it is one of the most advanced and expensive product from Ninja it will be good. But its a lie. The product built quality is good when you open it but after using it for 2 years some kind of sound started coming from base unit and one of the extractor blade broke. I emailed and msged ninja many… Read more

times but of no use. No reply or response came back from Ninja. Seems like Ninja is a fraud and after sales is crap. I am not a heavy user and all the jars and blades are in almost new containers. At the end i have to buy a third party component from ebay to use the product. Maybe I should have listened and bought nutribullet. I can totally understand equipment breakdown but the after service and support should be better when you are buying premium.

Powerful Motor, perfect frozen drinks – Purchased through Good Guys May 2022 Bought this as I needed a powerful blender for frozen smoothies for the kids. I haven't used the spiral attachment yet but everything else is a dream. Forget paying $8ea for a smoothie when you can make them at home for a fraction of the price. Very powerful motor and solid jugs, lids attachments. Not flimsy… Read more

at all. Jugs are all ample sized. Takes no effort to blend frozen fruit and ice. Have mixed dough aswell and perfect. Will update once I've used spiral attachment.

Works well, very powerful, great value and excellent service – We bought this set Dec 2020 and used all the attachments since. Very powerful and works well. We love the ability to use the right tool for the job every time and easy to clean (fit for the dish washer, but we prefer to wash by hand). One of the attachments lid was faulty (would click shut), contact the service and got replacement with no… Read more

questions and requirements to prove anything. They actually went as far as sending the whole attachment and not just the lid. Can't ask for better service.

Strongly recommend.
