Nivea Daily Essentials Light Moisturising Day Cream

Very Light and Effective – Very light upon application and during wear. Refreshing upon the skin and great value for money, and would definitely recommend for purchase for those seeking a light SPF moisturiser .

Itchy skin – I have always used Nivea products so I thought I would give the Light Moisturing Day Cream - normal and combination skin spg 30+ a try. The first time I used it at night , I woke up with itchy swollen eyes and blotchy skin. I wasn't sure if it was caused by the product or something else. I decided to not use it for some time. I bought a different product instead but when that finished, I thought I'd use the Nivea product again as I still had it in the cabinet. I have woken up this morning again with swollen eyes and itchy skin. I don't know what is in this particular product ( not a chemist so don't understand ingredient names) but it certainly does not agree with me and I won't be using it again. I have never had a reaction to face products before so I don't think I have particularly allergic skin. I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience?

Feels smooth and nice but a bit perfumey – I have sensitive skin and so I try to avoid parabens, alcohol and perfumes. This moisturizer is light but feels nice on, it soaks in well as well. If they could start taking perfumes out of all moisturizers it would be a step in the righ direction though. I would recommend this product as its really nice. Smooth, light, inexpensive Perfume
