Terrible – Unable to contact Nobel on an 1800 number they provided on purchase. It looks as if timer switch has failed and if other reviews can be believed, I will just leave it and eventually replace it, with a better brand Cheaper than others, looked OK at retailers Broke down 1 month out of warranty/ did not wash very well when it worked

Terrible – Don't ever buy one of these pieces of crap, because you will regret it for a long time as there is no after sales service, let alone customer service from Commercial Direct their representative in Sydney. There is nothing nice I can say about this piece of crap. We had it installed by Commercial Direct at Alexandria in December last year and it broke down and since then we have been without it being to told by Commercial Direct Mr Levine that it is not his problem as he cannot fix it as it is under warranty. Then the service man comes out finally 10 days ago and is rude to my wife and tells her that he has to get a part which will take 10 days. 10 Days is up and still no contact from Nobel, Commercial Direct has contacted but as they say their hands are tied, as it is under warranty. Np cons. I am sick of washing up, I have been used to a dish washer for over 20 years and I like my free time not washing dishes.

Excellent – After being told my Fisher and Paykel shelves alone would cost $472.00 to replace I bought this Nobel for only $399.00 and it hasn't missed a beat. It's quiet, cleans fantastically even with tablets (which I head you shouldn't use in this machine) with NO rinse aid. Holds as much as my last machine. All in all I couldn't have asked for more from a dishwasher at this price. Cleans well even using a tablet
