Numoya

I purchased a Numoya 5 in 1 hairdryer going back in January. The diffuser does not stay on. Emailed Customer service, sent requested video as well as photos. Taylor confirmed it was faulty and after numerous emails, chasing up the matter, simply asking for a hair diffuser that attaches properly, Taylor sent me this as part of her response on the 20th March " In order to resolve this matter, I will proceed with the immediate reshipment of a new product to ensure you receive a fully functional one. My goal is to have this delivered to you promptly, so you can enjoy it as intended without further delay. ❤"....that was the last I have heard and needless to say no replacement ever received. Please ber very wary of buying from Numoya as they clearly do not respect their cusotmers or have any intention on being responsible for their products.

ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY WITH CARE - YOU DONT GET REFUNDS. I ordered a JetSpeed hair dryer from this company (Numoya). It arrived with a US plug (I live in Australia) and the hair dryer doesn't work. I wrote to Numoya, explained the situation and requested a refund. They said I should have requested an AU plug on check out (when I checked on their website you can't buy a hair dryer with an Australian plug, it's not available) and replied with the following:

'Please note that the hair dryer cannot be used in regions with incompatible voltage, as this can cause damage and falls outside our replacement and refund policy.'

I mentioned it's never been used because it simply won't work - they offered me 20% off another product! I would have thought they might have noticed I had ordered a US plug and it was being posted to Australia and perhaps emailed me to question the order before sending it out. I paid AUD100 and cannot get a refund and have a hair dryer I can't use! Im not impressed with this company at all.
