We bought this to use where power is frequently unavailable. It advertises 15+ blends on one charge, but it needs recharging after only 1 blend (or sometimes 2 at best). It struggles to start with anything other than the softest contents and frequently overheats. Great concept but it falls well short of its sales promises.
Purchased in at JB Hi-Fi for $90.

Perfect Portable Smoothie Blender! Purchased to take on holidays, I already own the Large NutriBullet, but way to chunky to take away. I had my doubts this compact model would be a fail.. but I liked the size and how the blender vessel doubled as a drinking glass. So decided it was worth the investment on sale at Good Guys. I was happily surprised how powerful and functional this blender is.
Been using it mostly everyday for nearly 3 months to make my morning smoothies, not just on holidays, but now back at home too, have ditched my larger Bullet for making smoothies!
Why? PROS: Its compact and as it is powered by USB cable, you dont need a powerpoint near it to operate. Convenience- I place it next to my fridge, load it with my frozen fruit, greens, seeds etc, hit the power button and contents blended perfectly in 2 x 30 second cycles. I unclip the drinking container, pop in my straw and ready to drink. Fantastic compact / powerful travel blender. Super easy to clean, unscrew base and cap, rinse, dry and replace on base. Aesthetically- I LOVE the metallic pink colour! A pretty & Practical appliance.
Of course unsure how long it will last but so far so good .
Follow-up · It fits easily into small bags and spaces. If you forget the charger , you can use your phone C cable. Battery lasts up to 6 x 30 sec cycles. 1 x cycle is suffient to blend powders greens and half a banana, if you want more watery smooth consistency use 2 cycles, that is after the auto 30 sec cycle stops, press the start button again. I don't consider the blender noisy compared to a full size bullet.
