DO NOT BUY! ITS RUBBISH! Didnt even last 18 months of non-daily usage. They wouldnt even offer to look at or repair the unit as its "oustide of warranty". Even our Ambiano Aldi XL unit lasted 5 years. This is a heap of [Content Removed] BUY ALDI INSTEAD Show details
Works well but has a few problems – Removable inner shelf loses its non stick coating in no time. Had to purchase a silicone liner. Also the silver NutriBullet logo on the front just disappeared after one wipe down. We now have a no brand product. Such a pity about these things because it actually works really well. The company should be listening to reviewers because the inner shelf coating is a common complaint. Anyone else lost the logo? Show details
Draw gets stuck, food half cooked now ruined – Draw gets stuck, won’t go on. Halfway through cooking and I can’t continue and my evening ruined. It’s relatively new. Very poor quality. Please avoid. Show details
Disappointingly expensive and poor quality – The crisping tray has completely disintegrated and is probably leeching good knows what into our food. Contacting NutriBullet got very little information put forward or a resolution. Show details
drawer gets stuck – Air fryer is good, but the drawer will not go into place easily, will seek a refund. Show details
The crisping tray is rubbish – The fryer does a good job but the crisping tray lost its coating within few months of using. I just bought a replacement tray and it cost me $37.94 including delivery. Only bought it so I can have some more use out of unit before replacing, which I will do once tray is useless again. Show details
DONT' EVEN TRY – Total failure,Tray got rusty in 2 months time.shop has no responsibility company either.donot go for this.
Not happy at all Teflon coating comes off tray – I had purchased my first unit 2 weeks ago cooked some chicken then roasted some vegetables came out perfect washed the tray in warm soapy water and patted dry noticed the Teflon coating had peeled away in a huge section returned immediately to get another unit thinking I was unlucky Used the unit again twice same again chicken then vegetables… Read more
the night after Teflon coating again started to peel very disappointing have only used warm soapy water and soft micro fibre cloth to wash and dry
Had to get a refund – Fries well, easy to use and easy to clean...however after just a couple of weeks all of the teflon started peeling off the tray. Couldn't use it anymore and got a refund.
Love the air fryer but the Teflon has come off basket and you can taste the black Teflon in month 4 months NutriBullet – No Love the air fryer but hate the Telfon taste cooks very well and the rust , I try to put bakers paper in basket but dose not stay in place while cooking Show details
Started to rust after 2 weeks – Bought this air fryer for $189 from harvey norman. Cooks ok but coating is falling of bottom tray and is rusting on around 30% of the area. Poor quality item.. avoid this product Show details
Made dinner time easier – Very first Air Fryer we've ever bought. I'd used them at friends houses and understood the basics behind them. Don't overcrowd the bucket, make sure you clean it often (don't let crud build up until it detroys the wrack inside it) We've had it for over a month now, and it's probably the best kitchen appliance I've ever purchased. Kids chips and… Read more
nuggets, done in less than 10 minutes at 180c. Kids pizzas, 8 minutes, Lamb or Pork chops, 20 minutes. They're cooked properly, with crispy fat and a proper seared outside while still being juicy inside. The control panel is easy to use, you can switch through modes, but we usually use the basic mode, steaks mode or Chips mode. It's easy to clean if you do it often. It's a massive bucket for what it is and sits on top of our bench perminantly.
I feel these other reviews aren't a fair representation of this product. And if we are honest, humans are more likely to report a bad experience than a good one. So fair we have no faults to report, no errors with the technical side, it cooks properly, plays a a nice beep when the timer is up (you need to use a timer for it to cook) and so far it's the best product we have. Does it beat every other Air fryer? I don't know, I've only used this one. But I'd buy it again.
Great until the handle falls off while cooking – Overall the unit cooks well. But I can't move past the fact that the handle completely fell off during a frying cycle. I had some chips that needed a little shake and when I did this the handle separated from the basket and crashed to the floor. The unit is only a few months old but as you can see the screw holes showed rusty stains. If you… Read more
only use a utensil to move the food around you shouldn't have any real issues with the handle. But I would suggest it is an unintended weakness designed into the product.

Waste of money – Tried once to cook chips. Followed instructions. Bottom chips undercooked and soggy while chips on the top were burned. Brought it as a birthday gift for my daughter. Doesn’t perform how it claims. No crispy chips. We are both very disappointed. It is our first air fryer we’ve brought. Do not recommend this product. Will be returning to the store. Show details
Not the best – It looks good and good size. Its digital and easy to follow the instructions. Fill the airfryer , choose the allocated program and get your burned food! Yes whatever I cooked following the airfryer automatic program ended up burned! The quality of the air fryer pan area is not that good either. The food stick to the fryer and its difficult to get it off and clean it.
