i have the 4g smart watch gps for my father and the aibeile plus app stopped working and will not let me sign in or even re register the watch i need help please
Hi I just set up my sons watch and his screen has gone black and is not working. What do I do?
Hi, we just bought the NUTTAG 4G watch for our son with ASD, I just found out the instruction says" do not turn the watch on until the Sim card has been installed" , but my son accidentallyy turned the watch on before getting the Sim card, what do I do now? how to even turn the watch off? Thanks!
Hi Vivian, That's okay, it's an easy fix, just switch the watch off and turn it back on once Simcard has been installed correctly. If you turn it back on and it doesn't connect then you will need to put in the Simcard APN. This is located in the watch settings, under network settings.

The watch's gps tracking software expires after 12 months. Is it possible to have it reactivated? How much for another 12 months? I am using my own SIM. Cheers

Can watch software be tweaked to include a 5 min geofence trigger as 10 minute is a long time when someone with dementia wanders?
I have a 3 year old very active I just bought this watch would it fit him? Would it just be a band issue?

Does NutTAG have school mode?
I called Nuttag support to ask exactly this question a few days ago and the answer was not yet but ETA is 3-6 months.
I want to buy one for this reason... school starts in 3.5 weeks - will it be ready then???
Hello Alex, Yes, the watches have a do not disturb mode that can be activated from your app.

Not sure about belong should work my son uses moose mobile in his watch $8 80 a month.

My son has forgotten the password for his nuttag watch. How can we retrieve the password or reset it. Please help
When you log into the Aibeile Plus software loaded on your phone or pc, you have the option in the bottom left Corner saying forgotten password? This will allow you to reset the password from your registered email address. Hope that helps your son!
