I have use one serum bottle without seeing any positive affects. I am left with two more, just for the fact that sale was very pushy, and it get me to buy two more bottle, thinking it is for free. I have tried numerous time to contact customer service, the first time I was sucesfull to talk to a real person, she took my information and promise to forward it further to have a resolution. I have requested full refund on my purchase, and if they would provide me with a return label I could send back the other not opened bottles. I have not heard from them at all. No calls, no emails to resolve my complaints. If anyone is reading this, do not get fooled by advertisement. I have tried many times to call back, but I believe they blocked my phone number.

Bad business – Olavita skin care does not do as promised....didn't receive products I payed for. I tried over n over again to rectify the issue and they just stop communicating...there is no account you can create, so there is no way of tracking or finding a tracking number. . Don't be fooled by the dead end promises they claim to erase wrinkles.
