the machine itself is great. Works very well; cools faster and is much quieter than our last aircon. (Which we did expect for the price.) The problem is the air hose attachments - absolute trash! you move the machine or the hose, the slightest bit and it all disconnects. We've had to tape everything together and to the machine. We are dreading the thought of pulling it apart for storage over winter and then having to assemble it again next summer.

Olimpia rep.s kindly messaged me asking for a video but since the machine has been put away for the winter. We wont be going through the struggle of assembling it until December 2027
