the machine itself is great. Works very well; cools faster and is much quieter than our last aircon. (Which we did expect for the price.) The problem is the air hose attachments - absolute trash! you move the machine or the hose, the slightest bit and it all disconnects. We've had to tape everything together and to the machine. We are dreading the thought of pulling it apart for storage over winter and then having to assemble it again next summer.
