Hi I have had mine for sometime and is working fine it works and gives the same results as my doctors one which doesn’t get calibrated they shouldn’t need to be as the unit has been designed not to as long as you get a good brand like this one it should last years without any issues

Hi There, Thank you for your email. The Omron Blood Pressure Monitors are covered under a 5 yr. warranty period when purchased after November 1st 2017. All Medical/ Professional Devices are covered under a 2 yr. warranty period, all medical machines eg HEM907 and HBP1300/ HBP1320 must be sent to the Melbourne Service Department You would need a receipt as proof of purchase to validate your warranty.

If the device is out of warranty then there is a servicing fee of $36 which just covers the servicing and testing – any parts required are at an extra cost.

The agent for Omron normally has an outlet in each capital city, you should be able to pick this up online.

There is an office Alexandria I believe, however recalibration cost vs replacement cost may be similar. Perhaps Instead buying a new one every few years when the monitors warranty ends instead of recalibration may be to way to go.

Check your health fund if you have one, possible to get some money back.

I find it very accurate and also my doctor both his machine and mine have the same reading

Hi it takes 4 x AA batteries you can use rechargeable as well you can also buy separately a mains adapter from omron not sure of the price

I took my unit to the Doctor and the readings were identical to both automatic and manual readings Omron are a very trusted machine

They all do the same thing which is read your BP, just that some models have memory of up to 60 readings motion detectors etc, Make Google your friend. external link
