My onix aircon just stopped working one day was going fine no problems then tried to turn on the next day and got nothing at all no lights no beep nothing?? Any reason for this??

I didn’t read the manual like an idiot and now I’m confused. When I turn the temperature down it just snaps back. I have no idea what this means and idk if it’s the temperature or if I’m missing something please help

Air only blows out the side. Why can you not GET COOL AIR OUT THE FRONT.Please answer unlike no one else has HAD any answered the other poor people. I have take to big which is a 10 hour round trip.

I measured and cut my own louvres out of the window kit plastic and stuck them on, like a hair comb, works really well. Now the air comes out which ever direction you move them.

Mine aswell. My guess is it's cheaply made. Cost is alot cheaper than main brand portable air Cons. And the air blows from the bottom of the machine hits the side and bounces out to the left. Problem is the sucker for warm air is on the left side. Could of worked alot better if tje manufacturers thought about ot abit better. Would work alot better with a swing function

We bought this onix just today. While setting it up. We noticed that there's a styrofoam inside where the window is. Do we have to remove that styrofoam or is it part of that air-conditioner inside?

How to drain
You don't
It's fully evaporated so it shouldn't collect water but if it does pull the little black plug off the back and put a container under the valve. Replace plug when no more comes out. But considering the plugs at the bottom I don't expect much. No hose needed.
