Disappointed that it stopped working after a year – After the warranty ran out, it stopped working. We use it maybe once a month or so. We were told that the machine was used heavily for commercial usage, which is incorrect. The blade and the motor needed to be replaced, the jug was replaced not long before that as well. Love my thermocook! – I bought this as my kitchen aid food processor was in need of repairs & I’d been wanting to try a thermo machine without the extravagant cost of a thermomix. I’m very impressed with my pro m although it would be nice to have more recipes and guidance. that you can convert. This is an older model - I’ve had it for almost 2 years - I believe the newer one has a recipe chip built in.
Service from Froothie is excellent. I had an issue on initial purchase which was taken care of and again recently.
All in all I highly recommend a thermocook pro m. It will assist you in the kitchen and make your cooking life easier!

I am convinced that I spent my money very very well and I know I will receive at excellent aftersale service in future.Thank you again.The first item I am going to cook is my Malaysian Kaya which actually a coconut custard jam .I know it will turn out because I can controll the temperature when I am cooking it and Dutch potato mashies where you can immediately blended it and ready to serve . Great company and impressive machine. Optimum Thermocook Pro M – My Thermomix Pro M is a great addition to my kitchen! Noisy but strong! The only negative for me was the fact it has no cookbook to start you off with. You take it out of the box and think... 'what now?' However Froothie do have e-books with some great recipes and there are plenty online as well as a great Facebook group. Easy to clean! it at the end of January 2020. The delays kept coming and by May 2020 it was finally in my hot little hands. I don't use it to cook all the time, but that was never going to be my intention. It certainly serves the purpose for what I've bought it for. We've made dough for bread and pizza, play dough, spag bol is one of my faves, soups, hommus, pesto.
PROS: - Value for money. It appears to do everything the Thermomix does, plus more but for a quarter of the price. - In built scales - Easy to use - Large bowl - Super sharp blades - Steel bowl. High on my priority list.
CONS: - Plastic accessories, including steam bowl that seem low quality. - Mixed messages from customer service about whether the bowl can be put in the dishwasher. Instruction manual says it can't be immersed in water, one customer service rep said 'no' as per your manual, and another said yes it can, but only the bowl. Other users have been told it can be put in the dishwasher. Consistency from Froothie support here is incredibly important. - Wait time on ordering and constant moving of the delivery goal post. - Handles are probably my biggest con. You need to use two hands to tip the contents out, which is very tricky to do when you need to scrape out what's in there at the same time. I dislike this the most about it and wish it just had one handle like a jug. - The cookbook which is said to be included in the box, is not, instead they later sent out an online cookbook. It had many mistakes, recipes often seemed incomplete and it included recipes that seem straight out of the 70's and not aimed at the Australian palate. It's possible that with some feedback this cookbook may have been changed since I bought mine last year.
Overall I like it and for the price I'm glad I made this choice. It does have some areas where it could be improved.
This appliance suits my needs – Received my Thermocook Pro M on Friday. Opened my box and thought, where do I start. Once I got going I absolutely loved what it could do. Started off slowly, steamed vegies and then progressed from there. I'm sure as I go along I will find so much more I can do to help cooking and eating fresh produce. Love it.... Show details · 1
