Lovely oils – After reading the posts about people not getting their oils after I bought some, I got a bit worried that I wouldn't receive my oils. I emailed to check that I would get my order. Tasha reassured me that she was sending them out. I asked for the tracking number and she sent it to me. I am so happy to say that we received them today and they are lovely. Very happy. Amazing!!! – After reading reviews I was sceptical and concerned (especially since I had already placed my order). However, I am here to say I am absolutely blown away! Scammers – Scam company, no communication after order placed. No refund. No products. Wish I read the reviews before trusting these people.

Scam, no products received – Same as below reviews. Asked for status of order and she replied saying her dad had a heart attack (irrelevant) as she then went on to say that there is a delay with her supplier and if I can’t wait then she can happily refund. I asked for a refund and since then have not heard anything. Total scam of 200$

First and last time I order here – My daughter placed an order over 4 weeks ago as a birthday gift for me and we’re still waiting. She’s had no correspondence but they’ve charged her credit card. They could at least send a tracking email so we know where the order is as it was $150 worth. I’ve emailed and left a voice message. I don’t think we’ll use them again as they’re to unreliable.

smells fishy – Agree, same problem as the person above. Placed order on 12 Feb and no response. Shows as processing and it's been more than 2 weeks now. Didn't respond to email, phone call and messages. Will dispute the transaction with the bank and try to get my money back. (nearly $100).

Deregistered [Content Removed] Company – Purchased from them and recueved no confirmation of order or shipping. Emailed for details and received a sob story about her father being sock which I suspect is just a lie at this stage. since done further research to find out that the ABN for this business has been deregistered and that despite charging me GST they are not registered for GST - this is a [Content Removed] company. The lady running this [Content Removed] was silly enough to email me from her personal email which is [Content Removed] her name is [Name Removed]. My bank will handle this [Content Removed] from here.

WHERES MY PAID ORDER? – Ordered 27th January 2024. Sweet orange $4.50 - clove bud $5.00 - patchouli $9.00 plus $10.00 shipping total $30.35. order number #[Number Removed]. Today 23rd February, and no item received, and no response from my email. Their address is [Details Removed]. Anyone else had a problem with this business? I would love to know about it.
