Can these scales be used for weighted feeds, are they accurate enough?

They go to 2 decimal places when weighing in kg, so if at each feed the gain is more than 10g, then yes. But Oricom couldn't tell me what the margin of error was, although can still give you a pretty good indication because it's way more accurate than bathroom scales.
