Works well, but difficult to use – These were purchased to replace an earlier worn out model because of many years successful use. This pair was not provided with instructions & it took many a technician to find an ‘on/off’ switch located on the side. Black on black. This switch is difficult to operate especially by elderly hands. Further, for a 93 year old who used a pair for 10 years prior without an on/off switch, this model is seriously lacking.

One seriously disappointed customer, having previously been very satisfied with previous model.
