Friendly, supportive with great classes and facilities – I am always happy to visit this gym. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is relaxed but with plenty of choice to get your fitness fired up. The equipment is modern and plentiful and the classes offer a good range. It is excellent value for money too! No matter your age, gender or level of fitness, you'll be made to feel comfortable.
ormond H and F is ok plus – Ormond health and Fitness stands the test of time. I have been a member for nearly 10 years. The classes are a great way to maintain fitness and that dynamite body pump instructor, Lisa Marie, makes sure you get vaue for money in her classes. Challenging but rewarding. Keep up the good work, David and Crew!
Yay for Ormond! – Great Atmosphere - Fantastic Instructors - Great Classes !! I've made lifelong friends that I will always treasure ... Thanks Ormond Health & Fitness for helping me become the person I want to be
Great local gym – Great local gym! All the equipment is pretty much new and heaps of it. Super cheap, almost half the price of the other gyms about! Tried a spin class..... Tuff but really good! Staff are nice and I got a free rehabilitation program and I'm told I can do a new program anytime I want for free! Been a member for a week now and am really happy! friendly staff, great equipment, heaps of spin classes Not much. Maby could have more body pump classes.
Nice Basic Gym – A few positives and negatives with this gym. On the positive side it is cheap, convenient, has your basic equipment for normal people who just want an everyday workout and importantly, in my view, is never really busy! A nice quiet gym where you can go to your workout without having to wait for someone to finish. My GF also says the fitness classes are more intense than at other well known gyms and the classes are smaller. On the negative side though, too many rubbish machines i.e. lost count of the back and chest machines where other equipment to add variety would be better. There is no squat rack, which I think is a stable in any gym and there are no kettlebells either.
