Terrible. Would not recommend it! – I would never recommend this company to anyone to do online shopping. They made a mistake with my order and didn't let me know until 12 hrs prior to it arriving on my doorstep. I sent the items back. It took over 6 weeks to get a refund of the items. Only after I sent numerous emails and made countless phonecalls. They have refused to give me a refund on the postage from them to me and what it cost in postage for me to send back. It was their mistake and not mine, yet I am out of pocket. The people organizing the company have very poor English and are extremely frustrating to talk to. They now hang up on me when I try to speak to them. Extremely disappointed with this store. No one should spend their money on this online store.

I had ordered from these kinds of websites before and I have had mixed reactions about them. To my surprise, it had a huge product catalog which had products that were not in other websites. The process was amazingly straightforward and there was no sign of useless clutter and diversions that the other websites I have ordered from. I found myself ordering about $120 of goods! After a few days I found out that the party was going to have to be cancelled due to not being able to afford the costs. Later that afternoon, the parcel was delivered onto my doorstep and I thought to myself, Fast shipping! Unfortunately I had no use for them anymore. I went back on the website and found the support number and called it. I talked to someone who told me exactly what to do. I sent the items back and got a full refund. I was very happy. Expect me to order again soon! large range of selections and easy to use website. the people reliable and friendly as well.
