After purchasing, I discovered the same product advertised by a seller at lower prices elsewhere, which raised concerns about misleading pricing. Despite explaining this, the seller would not resolve the issue fairly.

Following this, I continued to receive over 60 unwanted emails in one month, even after asking them to stop.

Most concerning, I was later charged for an unauthorized membership and the seller somehow set up an automatic payment without my consent.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience involving ignored cancellation requests, poor customer service, and unauthorized charges. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

I wasn’t expecting much when I got this, but omg it actually works?! I live in QC and summers here get so hot, especially in my home where there’s no AC. This little thing legit saved me during that last heat wave. Only thing is you do have to refill the water every few hours, but honestly, worth it for the comfort. I bought 3 and had more sent and was charged for them. I returned the ones not ordered and have had no refund. Also price was in US dollars. Total bill was over $700. They're only a weak fan. I consider it a scam and surprised They're still selling them. Paypal was no help to me either.

I could not understand how this happened until I read a review by someone who mentioned that somewhere in the process of ordering & paying, they were asked to 'confirm' their purchase .... after which their order changed ... A waste of time and money – I ordered two. On delivery, one of them had been crushed and broken in transit. old "Bonair" units that people used before proper aircon became affordable from the 2000s onwards.

In other words it relies on the ability of air to pick up further moisture from a water soaked pad or screen, which cools the air. But in humid conditions (nearly all of Eastern Australia) it doesn't work as the air is already often saturated with moisture. Works fine in places like Alice Springs but nobody lives out there, really.

Today, It's only 66% relative humidity ... not too bad.. and 27 degees in my study which I find OK. Using my dead accurate instant read thermometer this little piece of junk has reduced the temperature to a stunning 26 degrees.

What a wonderful modern world we live in. I'll be binning it later.

company to request a refund I was told I could only receive a refund on unopened units and would have to post these back to China at my own cost (I was quoted $98 from Australia Post to post the two unopened boxes), so after paying postage I would receive $52. As an alternative I was offered a 30% refund on the two unopened boxes totalling $45! Predictably, the refund has not arrived and Paypal were no help. not cool air! I can blow more air out of my mouth than this thing can, completely useless. It makes not one bit of difference in temperature and is a waste of power.

The cooler needs constant refilling of water and leaks like no tomorrow. Once your cooler runs out of water, it continues to blow room temperature air around for fun.

Overpriced Junk: For the price, you’re getting nothing but disappointment. I’ve had kids toy fans that work better than this! I’m honestly shocked at how overpriced it is for such a terrible product. We are not only stuck with one, but 3 to toss in the rubbish bin.
