Purchase 4 optiFuel gadgets got charged for 2 lots emailed them and there response was sorry but it was my problem. Told them that I wanted a full refund as the gadgets don't even work and all I have been hearing from them is give it more time. It clearly states in the ad when purchasing if you aren't happy with the product you'll get a full refund no questions ask. Well that is false advertising because they won't refund so anyone that buys this product be aware because it's absolutely garbage I have spent over $350. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total junk. I would give it zero stars but can't. Dropped my fuel mileage from 24mpg to 13mpg. And their 100% money back guarantee is no good either. I've been waiting 2 months and still nothing. Either get an excuse or ignored.

Optifuel Refund – ***Update*** on Nov 8/24 This matter has now been taken care of and Thankyou too Joy for taking action immediately and getting the ball rolling on my refund and staying in contact with me and i finally got my refund of $140 CAD after all these months...once again Thankyou Joy! I have been waiting since Aug 22/24 for a full refund and its Nov 5/24 and still haven't received my refund..and don't know if i will ever get my refund of $140 CAD. They advertise a 100% full refund guarantee within 7-10 business days lol that is a joke!! I've waited since the summer and still nothing...any other companies would have given a refund many months ago...not this company! I have been emailing them back and forth since than & have tons of emails and all the customer service guys(if there real people!! or bots! who knows) they say the same comments over and over again and i just feel im getting the run around and in my opinion scammed! What company doesn't have phone support..these guys only communicate via email that's not how it should be.
