Great Vac - bought a basic glide as heard its the brand the cleaners use, so thought it would last longer than some of the overpriced ones I have bought. This is the best vac I think i have ever owned and it really does the job, long cord so it reaches anywhere - can't fault it.
Giving the Velo vacuum a 5 star specifically because of the customer service. My cord got damaged and I reached out. Reply within 30 minutes, solved within 2 hrs. They sent me a new cord free of charge. Am super happy with the customer service! Quick, thoughtful, to the point and high level of problem solving. Excellent
