Predatory – Just don't do it this company is full of crap and does nothing but mine your personal details to instantly deny you despite having my own business and making over 2600 a month they denied me maybe if I was poor they would approve it since my son who is on centrelink was approved but I wasn't and I own my business but my unemployed son on centrelink gets approved, these are predators these people Show details

Absolute joke! – I have been a valued customer for a while now. Paid my repayment ON TIME where they emailed to say since you are valued customer we have increased your withdrawal amount and now sorry can't withdraw with no explanation. Absolute joke this mob are and liars!

Crap stay clear – Used a couple times every time it's hit and miss u get 100 one week then can't get a it again for a moth then it tells u u have money to access then says urballance is $$ bur when u go to draw on it says ur circumstances have changed its a joke stay clear of this company ,only wants to lend when it feels like it

Was good but now they won't reply – I've used press pay regularly for the last 6 plus months. I've always repaid on time and never had any issues. I paid 150 back last week no issues. account but nope account is still active...I feel like this is a error from the companies side and that if that's the case they should be notifying customers their system is down via email. Extremely disappointed I had to use wage tap instead worked instantly.

Terrible service – Completely useless and so overrated. Poor customer service and will never rely on them again. Such a shame for a company that's meant to be Australian and looking out for the Australian people after everything the have been through. Would not recommend press pay to anyone

How are they in business? – Earning over $4k after tax monthly, never had a default or dishonour and they offer $50?? They should advertise this instead of 20% of salary. Absolute joke!! Would recommend using the coins in your draw as it’s likely to be more than they’ll lend you.

Ok first time – First loan was awesome supportive my repayment were late due to loosing employment due to lockdowns. Company didn’t push or annoy me constantly to pay had a payment plan. Paid it off. Application process takes about 24 hours for response once approved you get paid instantly.

Useless company – Attempted to use the service, told my balance is $0 and can't use the service. I earn $850 a week ($1700 a fortnighy) but can't even access $100. Assume its fake but plenty of better ones out there anyway.

Great company! – I get loans from this company regularly, never had an issue. I have defaulted a few occasions (bank issues) but paid it back the next day. The people I spoke to at Pay Express are very helpful and explained to me that if I were to default and not call or not pay them back within a few days of the loan that the money lent the next time will be of a lesser amount.

Loan company difficult to deal with – Avoid this company like the plague. One payment of the loan was dishonoured, and subsequently repaid. Loan repaid in full. Applied for another loan , lower amount. Got email, "Sorry can't help". They sent a text confirming my loan was repaid but couldn't renew another of lesser value. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THEIR FEES WILL SEND YOU FURTHER INTO DEBT.
