this is a massive fraud – i had a merchant account with this company and they have not paid me money my clients sent them in almost 12 months, ive got dribs and drabs of money here and there but im owed a figure sum still. dont sign up as a merchant

Don't use them – They've been withholding my money for month, its impossible to contact them as they don't reply to emails and they have no phone number to get in contact with them and they not only ripped me off the original amount but they have the cheek to keep taking late fees out my account on a regular bases

OMG terrible – I was told on the phone it takes 2 weeks to get your money after a customer purchases a product from you. Lucky I manage to get my money after many phone calls… explaining the other pay it later services pay you within 24 hours.

It’s pretty good – I am fairly new to payitlater, I used to purchase an item from Kings Warehouse took about two weeks to get which is not bad considering I live in WA. The only downside is their limited stores but good in a way to support small business. I would use there services more regularly if they had more mainstream clients such as Catch or Kogan. But overall they are good.

Love pay it later – Ive been with them for a quite a while now had no issues what so ever always review the company’s you buy from through them thats what i do its not payitlaters fault the companies linked to them dont send orders or are dodgey but do let them know if items dont come aswell as the company itself payitlater will most surely take then off there list… Read more

as it is a representation of there company i always check the stores before purchase pay it later just lends us the money to buy items at these stores ive recieved every order ive brought through then and they are very prompt when i email them and helpful they always help me buy halfing payments and doing fourtnightly payments if im having a hardtime very helpful nothing but possitive views for them from me :) and very greatful specially with my kids birthdays so il stick with them looking foward to them venturing out to giftcards etc and to well known stores patience is a virtue il be waiting :)

Terrible scam – Avoid this site.. absolute thieves they steal your money. Hold money for a week and then to withdraw another week and the fees are crazy.. definitely do not use this rubbish

Dont deal with them – STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I signed on over 12 months ago, it only took me 2 sales to realize it was a bad move and cancelled my merchant facility. Took them WEEKS to actually pay me for the 2 sales I actually had.. Fast forward to this year I get notified that a customer has disputed a transaction (which they didn't), one of the only 2… Read more

transactions ever processed. They (PIL) claim the payment bounced for 12 months...rather than sending it to a debt collection agency PIL continually tried to deduct funds.

After much back and forth I finally got sent a screen shot statement from Stripe who ear mark it as fraud, not a legit chargeback. They use Stripe to charge like a subscription rather than their own platform as advertised.

Today I get a message saying I have yet another disputed transaction from May 2021, funny that PIL isn't on my website, nor is it available to my customers and has not been available for over 12 months. The name and amount also don't match ANY of my customers and the amount is more than the order limits set on my website. Oh and why does it not correspond to my sales? Because it was a different business!!! STAY AWAY FROM PAY IT LATER. Absolute rubbish, dont have a phone number and wont answer emails.

Also no protections for sellers with this mob. Go with one of the others.

DO NOT USE – Less then one day late took owed amount then constantly helped themselves to my bank account when nothing was owed they are straight up thieves had to cancel my card

No consumer protection – Used pay it later to purchase an item, item never arrived and merchant did not respond to my emails. Attempted to get a refund via email to pay it later but have yet to get even a reply. System is unreliable when it comes to security for consumers.

They scammed me – Very poor customer service, Email was the only way they would allow me to contact them. They refused to process the second payment on my only purchase with them. They did this so they could try and collect late fees (doubled the purchase amount). Plenty of other fantastic payment companies out there, don't get scammed with pay it later.  Show details

Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service – The shop didn't deliver. I kept Payitlater fully informed. Never replied to multiple emails or calls to fix. Paid the full amount but they kept charging fees. Terrible customer service.
