Poor customer service – Cannot comment on their workmanship as they never arrived for two booked, confirmed and promised (verbal and text message) appointments. I can only guess that their workmanship may be shoddy like their ability to disregard appointments and waste peoples' time.

Very Dissapointed – Contacted Mark and he was prompt to come and look at the problem. Didn't recieve the quote so contacted Mark and then he sent the quote. Again contacted Mark and accepted the quote. Since then Mark does not respond to e-mails or phone calls. Don't understand as he wasted both my time and his. Would not recommend.

Good luck if you get a reply – Very impressive website. Website states "Specialising in roof leak detection and repair. All areas of Perth - North and South of the River. We fix it right the FIRST time. Sent an email on Monday and as no response sent sms on Thursday and no communication whatsoever. If he didnt want to do the job just let us know but dont leave a customer waiting. Very poor business practice.

Disappointed – I received a quote from Mark re work that needed doing on my home. He attended and quoted on the spot which was appreciated. However, following on from that has just been frustrating and disappointing. No response to a text message, this was followed up by my making a call and leaving a message, again, no response. A few days later I rang again, I wanted to know when work would start as my text had said I had accepted his quote. This time Mark picked up and said he had been going to call. I asked re start time and was told a couple of weeks due to his work load. I accepted this and then waited, and waited. I eventually sent another text, no response. A few days later I rang again to find his mobile was not accepting voice mail.

A month later I still have had no response and have moved on. Not a good way to lose business and sadly I can't recommend the business either. I would prefer to be told if a job is not possible rather than being ignored which, in my opinion, is very rude.

My leak is fixed!! – We'd had a roof leak for ages that nobody seemed able to fix, despite trying all sorts of things (at all sorts of prices!) Mark came out to have a look and fixed it on the spot. We've had plenty of storms since and the leak is finally fixed! Mark was friendly and explained everything in a way that make sense. Will be recommending you to family and friends!
