Truly appalling machine - even asked Pfaff to replace it but they assure me there is nothing wrong with it. I've been sewing since a young age and assumed that this machine was a lemon given the reviews. Consistent problems with feed dogs, bobbin winding, reverse, tension - pretty much everything. Having been a pfaff owner for many years I will now never buy another.
