Didn't last – This was a pretty good humidifier and easy to fill and use but it didn't last and it only had a 12 month warranty. After I'd owned it nearly a year, it started getting louder. To facilitate cleaning, it would have been easier if the power cord unplugged from the back of the unit.

bottle takes ages, it recommends you use a oil dropper to get the oil in there (not provided) but this would take forever. I used a syringe but still with some difficulty (the bottle opening is tiny!).

Within two months though the humidifier had stopped working completely, it hummed like it was doing something (it's also quite noisy), but wasn't producing anything. I followed the instructions and regularly cleaned it, so there's no reason for it to stop working.

I've now purchased the MedeScan Rainbow Mist Humidifer (the one that the Pharmacy Care one has clearly copied, they look identical), and it is well worth the extra $30!
