I bought this for myself (not a baby) and for the first 4 months it worked really well until it started to malfunction, randomly turning on changing colours etc . I contacted customer service which they offered me a replacement which I took, and now it’s been about 12 months since the replacement and the same thing has happened. It started off as turning on and off randomly and now it won’t hold water.
Since it’s happened twice I’m not sure if this is a fault with the item or if I’ve been doing something terribly wrong but after the first replacement I really have been so careful with how I fill it and it rarely gets moved so nothing could’ve knocked it.
Anyways really disappointed with the quality but maybe I’m just unlucky

Don’t waste your time and money. Purchased mine about 7 months ago then recently noticed an inconsistency in the sound. Sent an email, they replied with steps to “reset the machine” did that and it made no difference. They requested a video, provided a video and now they want a decibel reading. Just have me going around in circles for an item that is still in warranty that it’s becoming more of a hassle.
Honest such an amazing product and the sleep professionals are absolutely incredible – Iv been using glow dreaming for 4 days now & have already seen some great results & the best part is the sleep professionals are absolutely amazing they reply fast and give you some great tips through your journey of using the product. Not quite what I was expecting – I was so excited to be given the opportunity to try out this bundle. My youngest child is a terrible sleeper. Hard to get to sleep and stay asleep! The boxing of the Glow Sleep Easy is lovely I must say. Very well presented. I received a sleeve with cute stars and clouds theme along with a natural plant oil ‘Glow Lullaby’ - supports deep sleep.
There is also an App attached to the unit you can down load. It lets you set sleep and rise times (changes the colour of the unit from pink light to green light at those times) offers all sorts of support and suggested age appropriate routines. It’s free to down load. You then have limited remote access. Example, you can remotely manually operate the unit lights, noise and humidifier only. You will also have access to limited advice. If you want to set and forget and/or want to access schedules or advice you will need to subscribe. I was a little taken back by the subscription amounts as it’s $9.99 monthly or $79.95 annually. As I was asked to try this unit out, I wasn’t going to outlay any additional money, so it was disappointing full access to the app wasn’t provided.
I didn’t like the ‘pink’ noise, it’s supposed to be organic and much better than white noise as your brain doesn’t become dependant on pink noise. It was LOUD!!! Even on the lowest volume I wasn’t going to set that noise level within a meter or two of my child. I’ve taken a video so you can get a general idea of the noise and the different volume options. I think if it was a lower volume I can see the benefits and wish I could have tried it out. I even tried to give it a go in my room but geez, it was too just loud even muffled on the carpet on the lowest setting in my opinion.
The humidifier worked well, the oils provided had a lovely smell, very calming. Unfortunately, as we live in Qld, the extra humidity in the bedroom would not be sustainable on an ongoing basis, but it is good for times when your child is unwell with congestion as this keeps the air moist.
The pink light on lowest setting left a soft hue in the bedroom which was also nice and calming.
Overall would I recommend this unit? In theory - yes! (and no). The pink noise is too loud for my liking and I didn’t like the cost involved with the app. Everyone raises their children differently, so if you do subscribe, you may find that particular advice provided may not align with your beliefs or it may very well benefit you. But again, I can’t comment as I did not pay to subscribe.

Power point short circuited and was smoking, almost causing a fire. Have tried contacting Glow Dreaming both on social media and via email multiple times over the last few days but have not received any response at all. I contacted support over a month ago because this feature is important for my 3 year old son’s sleep training and bedtime routine. Since then, I have received weekly emails asking me to “wait a little longer” while they investigate.
Now I am being told it may be related to device compatibility and they still do not have a solution.
Customer service is polite, but honestly it feels like nobody actually wants to solve the issue. After more than a month: • no working solution • no replacement • no clear timeframe • no real outcome
Meanwhile our sleep training routine has been completely ruined because we specifically relied on this feature.
At this point, I would not recommend buying from this company. If something goes wrong, you may end up stuck in an endless waiting process with no actual resolution.

missed it) gabi assisted me with a reset of the machine and when that didnt work, gabi gathered all information she needed in order to have it escalated to the next appropriate step. The process was quick and easy and very elaborative. Apart from this small hiccup I love everything about glow dreaming, it’s helped our baby with independent sleep, the noise is familiar and calming to her and definitely sets the tone for nap and bed time. You need to use it consistently to see it take affect and we saw a massive improvement to the quality and duration of sleep upon use. When out I’ve used other sources of white noise but nothing helped and nothing compared. Definitely will be a lifetime user… well at least until I’m done having kids !
Different from the previous model, some good changes, some not so good changes – Have loved glow dreaming since my 4 yr old had trouble sleeping when he was a few months old. Worked perfectly! an accident like this happened.) I jumped online straight away and ordered a new one. I noticed the lights had obviously changed since then. The smaller size is fine. The app is so helpful! I love that I can turn the light on the settings I want before I take my baby to her room. And tracking her nap times has really helped with a day time schedule for her. I personally like the touch buttons on my previous light rather than the push buttons, as they were easier to press with a sleeping baby in your arms, and they were faster to respond. I understand why there is a lock on the lid but it can be quite frustrating to get on, especially in a darker room or when I have decided to add glow breathe easy drops to the light when my baby has become snuffly during the night. Other than those small details, the light and the app are amazing!

This seems absolutely terrible customer support and are refusing to replace or refund without video evidence of this fault and have now stopped communicating with me altogether. service seeking a replacement. Unfortunately, the process became extremely difficult and frustrating. Despite clearly explaining that the lights no longer worked, I was repeatedly asked to provide photos and videos of the lights that were not functioning. As a parent, it is impossible to photograph or record lights that no longer turn on, and this request felt unreasonable and dismissive.
As a tired and overwhelmed mother caring for a young baby, this back-and-forth was incredibly stressful. I eventually gave up after receiving no practical support and had no choice but to discard the product. This was extremely disappointing, especially given the cost of the item and the expectation that a product designed for parents would be supported with understanding and efficiency.
All I asked for was a replacement for a faulty product under warranty. Instead, I was left without help and out of pocket, despite the fault being clearly explained.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your warranty support process for parents who are already under significant pressure.
Don’t purchase. Yes the device is good initially in that it does the noise, light and diffuser. BUT as many others have said it stops working soon after the warranty and they don’t care to replace it. For the price it’s lasted 1 year which is unacceptable. Buy other Brands.

Faulty units x2. Was given this as a gift in early 2024 as my sister has an older model and loved it. Light function and humidifier are great, but buttons feel a bit cheap and having to cycle through everything is annoying as can take a while to turn everything off / on if using all 3 functions (light, noise, humidifier). App control is helpful
Have had 3 of these over the past 5 years and every single one had the same fate after a while. The sound got quieter and quieter until eventually the sound just no longer worked. We’ve been through 3 machines! All faulty. Even bought the travel one second hand, and you guessed already faulty. The sound stops working after a while. They replaced one machine for us, which is already not working. I bought the nodiee for my newborn, I guess my toddler is going to have to learn to go without his glow dreaming machine because we cannot afford a new one. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Amazing little noise and light machine of my dreams – Oh my goodness! I have a 2 year old and 11 month old - which we’re both waking a heap at night. Works wonders for my boy – This works wonders for my boy since we got it at about 2 years old and he is still using it at 5. It sets a great schedule and timing and he is aware of when its time to go to sleep and when its ok to get out of bed... no more super early mornings and tired kid in the afternoon.
