seems I’m not the only person having this problem. There are many other customers reporting the same issues with delays, poor communication, and orders not arriving. Unfortunately, I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.
At this stage I strongly regret buying from this company. The whole experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.
My advice to anyone considering buying from them: don’t waste your money. There are plenty of reputable businesses out there that actually deliver their products and communicate with customers.
Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere.
BUYERS BEWARE I should have looked up reviews before purchase, so I can only blame myself here. I bought 3d floor mats for my 2025 dmax and the fitment is terrible. in my wifes 2025 MUX either. Now what do I do, I can do the right thing and ask for a refund/return, which they claim that they don't see the problem even though you can see rub marks where the pedal touches the mat. Second option is to heat them up and re mould them to the right shape but this leaves them in non returnable condition. Although the latter may be the solution as they're not replying to emails now.
Ordered mats on the 20th June & recieved the order email straight away. Heard nothing after a week so emailed them 28th June but had no reply & there is no phone number to call. Recieved an 'order on its way" email 4th July. Order recieved 8th July. Quality is ok but due to their lack of communication I do not recommend them. Show details

Warning, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS, they take your money. Then they don't supply. They don't reply to communication. Then once you open a case with PayPal they email you asking you to cancel the case and they'll refund your money. Don't cancel the case because once you do you'll have no recourse when they don't refund. They are totally dishonest......shonky... Show details

Confusion before Christmas – I have ordered the correct mats for my car and they have sent me the newer version ones telling me that I have ordered the wrong ones. Like I have never ordered anything online before, which is not the case. So, to send them back would cost me almost as much as the mats. Not a good experience in the end, unfortunately. Show details
Not a true tray mat – Purchased a set for a new Ranger. Drivers side lasted 7 months and had a split 50mm long. Contacted PHD and they sent a new one out. Only problem is is that now the mats have holes to fix them into position where before they were indentations over the OEM luggs. damage them. Defeats the purpose of tray mat really. Basically useless if you are likely to be launching a boat or 4wd and get wet feet. Spend a bit more and get a better mat that wont let water through or split.
Order vanished from freight company and sender refusing refund – Ordered on the 4th July, the one and only update from the freight company was on the 9th July stating it was at their depot in Brisbane. On July 24th the manufacturer/sender asked for another 5 days then they would process a full refund, this has still not happened on the 31st so have akjed the office of Fair Trading to intervene and provide legal… Read more

Appalling communication and accountability – Frustrating. Their communication appalling. Strangely, my mats weren't delivered the first time and I received no notification. The tracking number link took me to a french website. PHDTech took no responsibility and didn't help. Their communication was hard to understand and repetitive. Bad service – Ordered an item including shipping. Then they email me asking for more money for shipping?? This is retailer problem to resolve, i have paid for the item and shipment as per your advertisement.
Amazing – Extremely fast shipping, took 2 days to receive it from the other side of Australia, I was amazed at how quick it came. The floor mats for my 2023 GWM cannon L fits perfect, just slots in like a glove. Although they were a bit pricey, the quality and shipping time was well worth the money spent. Show details

bad customer service – brought a full set for or new Everest, there are marks all over the the driver side one, they told me they are water marks in production and to rub it out with an eraser that didn't work. will not send out a new one to replace it. its only on 1 matt so its not a production thing, looks like acid or something. paid $380. Like a glove – Purchased front, rear and 3rd row sets for Land Rover Discovery 2023. Arrived within a week and fitted perfectly. Much better then. The Land Rover factory rubber mats option I had in the previous vehicle. Show details
Great product – Ordered for my pajero sport, and fit perfectly. Really happy with the design. The backseat mat will be perfect with kids. Only improvement could be an 'anti-slip' base on passenger side (as it slips a tiny bit), however for $4 I purchased some carpet tape which will solve it. Show details
Customer Service – was not happy about the way it fits in my Lexus and also rigidity of the product so requested for the refund. These guys are from different planet with zero customer understanding. After many many email exchange had to spent over $60 to return the item which was not complying with the product features. Zero customer care, very ignorant customer service. Never recommended. PHD tech - Car Mat Specialists – Purchased moulded car mats for my MG3 from PHD tech, fair dinkum, they are fantastic, they fit perfectly and I wont have to vacuum the car again. They look professional and don’t slip.
