An efficient, compact, easy to use machine. Cooks - Sweet Potatoes, potatoes, pumpkin like it’s been Roasted in the oven (ie) browned if you want. Marinated chicken, steaks, lamb cook surprisingly well also - can also be browned off. I recommend using the paper liners at the bottom of the tray/dish to save on cleanup. Otherwise they are very easy to wipe out or wash with the Non-Stick Teflon coating. Very quick to heat up - no pre-heating required!
