It’s a safety hazard! Tripping the power – This unit only lasted as long as the warranty (2 years), as it’s now tripping my power. But given it’s out the warranty, it is not economical to repair. It appears it’s a known issue to some of Philips garment steamers, now I know never buy again this brand steamers. Disappointed to see Philips product only last this long. Show details

Do not waste your money or time. Buy an iron and ironing board – The product falls sorely short of the expectations we had. There are so many review videos of this performing, but in real life, testing on many different materials, this is just useless. perfectly where they just need a once over, even then if you are a tall person with large clothing, it is impossible to use this effectively. I tested this on many different shirts, t-shirts, dresses and it actually does not work very well at all. Seriously just buy an iron. Something like this as a travel size version may be useful to make a very light wrinkle go away, but in the end, if you want your clothes to look good you will need to iron them or have a steam press.

- The frame is light weight but very flimsy, even the plastic hanger top feels like it will break after a year. - The pipe material is not insulated and you will potentially hurt yourself from the heat, this should never be on near children. - The steam head does not have an open close button, so there is just steam constantly, another fun game of don't burn yourself on hot steam. - The chassis is basically a kettle constantly heating water, the water tank is alright though and appears to hold the water.

Say it with me, do not wast your money or time, get an iron.
