Very good machines. I thought oven is good enough. I am wrong. This air fryer makes cooking much easier, healther, and quicker. Easy to clean as well. We are enjoy it very much.

Not built to last, won't buy again – We loved our air fryer but now it died and is ready for the landfill, not even 3yo yet. I have a toaster that is older than that. I am disappointed and hate being part of a throw away society which was the reason I bought Philips in the first place and not a cheap version. Next one def won't be a Philips. Show details

fault (for cleaning it as per their instructions) and have said it's safe for my family to continue to, inevitably eat rust and non stick coating. The terrible customer service comes from the fact that I got brushed off by Philips international and told to contact Philips Australia, who did not respond to my what's app for more than a month. I eventually had to call them (which was at least quick). This is our second Philips air fryer, the 1st one we had for about 7-8 years and never had an issue! Only replaced because the locking mechanism on the basket died and no longer fit our families needs. This will be the last Philips we purchase, and will not be recommending them from here on out.
