Reliability is not what it used to be – I previously owned a Phillishave for 14 years which just became a little tired, so upgraded to Phillips HQ7380 just over 2 years ago. Last week, it started becoming very noisy, and will not shave at all. The motor turns, but even with a full charge will not shave. I am now going to give Phillips a big miss. I would think that something I spent over $200 for would last longer than 2 years. Phillips, you've lost a customer. Initially it did shave really close and the charge would last a full week. If the battery was flat, it could be plugged in for short periods. Reliability, purely and simply. I expected it to last longer than 2 years before dying.
Excellent – it's "bad a.." and great value for the money you spend on it. it's pure quality and it does'nt feel like you got ripped off when leaving the store, you definitely know that you're getting away with a great product. after every shave, i rinse it with champagne....yeah, for real...it's a swanky shaver. its light and powerful, design is great, super quick charge, and most importantly the shaving performance and quality is very impressive. i think it's just me, but it's too light, i've gotten use to electric shavers with twice more of the weight. i guess im just going to have to get use to it.
Excellent – I love this product. I recommend it for the persons who want to upgrade their razor to a electric shaver. Great design, very light weighted. This is my first time I am using a electric shaver. so I was worried about it's shaving ability. But I got very close shave then my Mach3 razor and it is fully washable too. No charging stand
