Not a good design – Do not buy. I just had to saw off the handle and drill holes for leverage to unscrew. The metals fused together and it needs a bespoke tool to remove handle (if it wasn’t fused). Age roughly 10-12 years.
Do Not Buy – We bought the bath, basin and shower sets 8 years ago. All needed the washers changed at different times. The problem was that the cone shape of the tap had fused to the base and the only way to remove it was to destroy the whole tap. So over the years we replace all three sets with new tapware. We also had our toilet roll holder and hand towel holder fall apart too.
Shockingly bad – Have these taps on all our basins and showers ;( So bad most of the cold taps have to now be turned around lots of time and very tight just to stop the tap leaking! Never seen such bad cheap and nasty taps! We will be replacing them as soon as we can, I can stand them. Show details

Cheap and poorly designed fittings – We purchased the towel holders and toilet roll holders in the Ivy range. These are not four years old and have been reattached to our tile walls over a dozen times each. The 4 fittings are all broken. Our retailer West Hobart Plumbing has been waiting for weeks to get a reply re replacement/refund from Phoenix. The products are poorly designed and cheap. The customer service is tardy to say the least. The warranty is seven years. Show details

Phoenix Harmony – Purchased some time ago but motto of Phoenix is an investment in quality and style. Without exception all H and C stickers have fallen off. I thought they would be inset porcelain. Beware of taps with plastic stickers on top. They are replacing the stickers but shouldn't have used them in the first place. Very bad design fault.
Poor design feature – Brand new sink mixer in two year old house , the bottom of tap spout pin hole developed now has two openings that water comes out , chrome work already pitted on top . Called the company that provided item through Henley Homes and they will send a tap out to replace faulty item but i have to pay for a plumber to install it. So much for quality tapware
