Phoenix Vivid

Faulty Phoenix Vivid tap – We had purchased and installed a Phoenix Vivid basin mixer, just under a year ago. It has not been overly used and recently seems to have developed a fault. It now only lets a trickle of water come out for both hot and cold settings. we have other taps running of the same piping and these continue to work fine. I can only assume the valves in the tap are now somehow blocking the tap. The look of the tap - very streamlined and the good touch to the flick mixer Faulty after just under a year of being installed
