Perfect – Just wanted to say WOW about time we have a company that can fix wifi problems without going through Telstra. From start to finish of the request to gain wifi in my shed after circling this issue for years to have Phoneworks/Nick resolve fix & make better & make up to date with absolutely no dramas was simply fantastic. Everything was done very professionally, with all box's ticked: Polite,Neat,On time, No dramas or Stress.

Excellent Service – Great service, they arrived when they said they would. They were able to offer a same day appointment. My internet problems were fixed quickly. The serviceman was pleasant and courteous who cleaned up after himself.
