Zipper failed on Pierre Cardin 2661 54 cm hard carry on case after a single 2 week holiday. The shop that sold it has closed down. How does one contact Pierre Cardin warranty? This is my 3 Pierre Cardin suitcase. The others, including a 23-year case are excellent.

There is a clear coating on my hard case carry-on... it is peeling everywhere and looks aweful. How do I fix this? I someone else at the airport with a Piere Cardin also and it looked the same.

This is the 'pre-applied plastic protection'. You're supposed to take this off before first use. As it's not designed to last, just peel it off and it'll look like new.
