Waste of money, steer clear from this!! – I bought this so I could clean my floor boards without the fuss and mess like mopping. Turns out it was way worse than mopping. It rarely actually steams, leaks everywhere and the handle falls off even when screwed in. It's cheaply made, and I got 2 uses out of it before I decided to throw it away. DO NOT BUY!

This is bad dont buy it – One big wast of money! Micro fibread pads falls off because clips are not strong enough! It leaks dirty water over the floor when micro fibre become water logged. Very disappointing

Really bad – My boyfriend got this steam mop for Christmas because my old one finally died and when we put it together it did not work so we took it back and got another one and it doesn't work either I just think it's a cheap and nasrty brand to buy and I would never recommend it to anyone

Don't waste your time – This product is Hopeless. Stupidly I already returned one, now on the second and no change. This one will also be going back. Either leaks, releases too much water, or doesn't steam at all. Hang your head Kmart and Piranha for leaving this product on the market. Just Terrible. Awful Returning it Where do you start? Just awful.

Leaked alarmingly from the water filter – An impulse buy from Kmart I thought it might be OK for a year or two. I owned it for 2hrs! Long enough to get it home, assembled, filled and........ as soon as it was turned on water started leaking down the front of the unit from the bottom of the water filter. That part was factory fitted so it wasn't my error in assembling. I switched of,… Read more

dismantled, checked all parts were firmly in place. Reassembled, switched back on and...... same again. so emptied it & packed it up and returned for a refund (Which Kmart gave without question - full marks to Kmart!!). Reading the reviews on most models of steam mops I think I'll stick to mop & bucket. Kmart hassle free refund alarming, possibly dangerous leaking.

Not great – I sent my husband out for a steam mop and he came home with this. It did steam well and lift dirt, but it didn't pick up dirt... just moved it around. It left my floors saturated and I had to dry with a towel to prevent streaking on my polished ceramic floors. Once I finished with a second vacuum the floors looked great, but it was a lot of work just to get a chemical free clean. inexpensive ineffective

Complete waste of time & money – Easy enough to assemble, but I would have been better off with a mop and bucket. It steams too wet, leaving the floor saturated, needing a few hours to dry...yes, a few hours! Also because of leaving so much water on the floor, all you are doing is pushing dirty water around. It literally looks dirtier than when I started! I had a steam mop… Read more

before (couldn't remember the brand) and it was fantastic.

Avoid at all costs - save up & buy a decent one. Use a mop & bucket in the meantime - it'll do a better job.

Total waste of time – Total dud, does not work. easy to assemble out of the box, however when plugged in it tripped the safety switch twice. figured out the screw in the bottom was in to tight, loosened and it stayed on. But there was no steam, no heat nothing. let it warm up for 5 mins and still nothing. purchased from kmart, when i took it back there was a few… Read more

Terrible! – This is an absolutely terrible product that has succeeded in putting me off steam mops in general for life. Heavy, awkward, & it leaves your floors saturated needing hours to dry! It is also made out of very flimsy materials that break easily. Mine actually broke as I was putting it together. I was so unhappy with this product I returned it for a full refund Bulky, heavy & didn't live up to the hype
