plasma cutter – hi, i purchased a plasma from mostech16 on ebay , i received and used it for 30 minutes off and on , not non stop for 30 minutes , before it failed i was cutting 3mm plate , also they say that it would cut 12mm,16mm that is not true , you would be lucky to cut 6mm or 8mm plate , , i then contacted the seller , i then had to send videos of all these tests to be done that was a lot of time to do this they made it as hard as they could to discourage me and make me abuse them on purpose, these tactics are their first line of defence , i completed there tests, they then said ok it is faulty i mean do they think i would waste my time to deceive them if it was not faulty , they said that we will send a new one , they stalled me for weeks then told me that i had to send back to china, at a cost of $300.00 dollars , this was despatched from au but i have to send it to china ,really , the cost of the return is more than the plasma cutter , i believe that this is major fault in ebays regulations to let these type of sellers do this they know that any one in their right mind would spend more to send back than the cost of the machines, they said that they would replace for no cost was a lie , i have provided details of where it dispatched from in nsw , so be very careful when you are buying from this seller , i would not recommend any of these models , i am a welder for 40 years and never come across such unreliable electronic machines before , there could be some good ones in this bach of machines but good luck to get any parts for them , i know you get what you pay for but 30 minutes come on something is wrong , i hope this makes you decide better before buying this type of cheap plasmas on ebay, if you do don't purchase from mostech16 on ebay . thanks for reading & good luck getting a good one , and thanks for me losing my money that's really good ethics for a business to get repeat buyers .rick
