Oil filter replacement – Not a happy chappie! Despite the operators manual suggesting the frequency of oil filter changes etc., my model does not have an oil filter....best response from my repair shop was "some do, some don't". Hope this retro step in technology doesn't seep through to my other Husky and KTM products. :>{

Not bad – I have a 2008 model. It starts easily, has plenty of power, the oil seems to stay clean for long periods. Same as Husqvarna when ordering parts. Seems rereliable, the only thing I've replaced in 3 years is the cable to turn the blades on, which snapped. The only thing I don't like, is when I turn around right hand corners especially, the exhaust points in such a way that it blows the grass/dust etc from the deck right in your face. This is very frustrating for me, and alone is almost enough to make me get a different one, but I haven't replaced it yet, as it has been so reliable, and cuts the grass fairly well.
Would suit flat ground better.
Transmission seems good, easy to use, and it tows my i 8x6 box trailer with ease. Starts very easily, cuts the grass o.k., headlights, Deck vibrates, exhaust blows grass/dust up into your face, not the best for mowing on slopes,
