Absolute Waste of Money – I purchased this product in 2020, roughly 30 months before needing to use it for the first time. I'd kept it charged and left it in my vehicle, out of direct sunlight in the wheel well. The first time I needed to actually use it, it wouldn't work. When attempting to put it on charge again that night, it just wouldn't charge up/or show it was charging - Something obviously went wrong with it. I realise items only have either 12 or 24 month warranties but, I figured I'd reach out to Powerall to explain the issue and see if there is any offer of assistance since it had never been used before. They have not even had the decency to respond to my email. I absolutely would not waste any of my money on this product. At a correct cost of $291.00 AUD, you're better off buying a battery every year, it would cost less and actually work (obviously most batteries last much longer). I purchased this product for a rainy day for when you really need it and it completely let me down. A total disappointment.
