There are better alternatives – Upon entering this purchase, I had hoped that this company’s security cameras would outperform the competition. However, given the challenges during installation and the questionable app quality, I cannot confidently recommend them. The night vision quality is disappointingly poor, displaying “artifacts” even after careful lens cleaning. I discovered that with the V3, only one of the device’s Wi-Fi antennas is connected, maybe the V4 is the same? However it is likely causing difficulties in picking up my internet signal, even with a perfect line of sight. In future I’ll stick with cameras I can purchase in a physical store that way if I have any issues i can at least try to return the faulty product.
