Completely ripped off my neighbour and left the job unfinished after requesting (& receiving) more money, refusing to return calls or make arragements to meet.

morning after the service and have yet to receive the paid invoice that serves as the 10 year warranty (after a month of asking for it). Pretty sure my phone number has been blocked as an effort to get out of providing a 10 year warranty. Not a quality service or business. Would not recommend to anyone.

Had a positive experience with Brendan and Sten (Stanley) - took some time to come out to quote, but after that the work was very rapid. Replaced several concrete tiles, and during cleaning found several more hidden leaks which were fixed. Price was negotiated and agreed and quite reasonable. Do not use this company!! Repeatedly failed to turn up on pre arranged times . Quoted me a verbal price when he finally turned up, days later sent me a written quote increasing the price to include GST , no mention of this! "Tuesday" then "Thursday" I phoned Friday and said "sick of lies, return my $200 deposit" texted bank details. I have phoned 5 times demanding my deposit, more lies and no money returned. Do not have anything to do with this company , he is dishonest unreliable, inept, lies and that's before doing any work !!

Total scammers!! Ripped off a widowed pensioner!! Paid to have concrete capping replaced and roof repainted, both tasks not completed and failed insurance inspection. Now they won’t answer the phone. Extremely terrible, biggest [Content Removed]! do not ever get this guy fix your stuff – Absolutely the worst experience ever, came to my house to fix my leaking roof and left a big hole. me to send him a formal email saying that I would like the refund back. Never heard back from the guy and has blocked all our numbers. Watch out guys!!! he is the biggest [Content Removed], and had a terrible attitude. I have already reported him, please don’t let him come into your house to fix your stuff as he is also unlicensed- no QBCC and the address on his website is fake too!!!!
