Error windows boot manager boot failed
My Protab lptoptab has no sound.It shows "No output device installed" in settings.nothing is working even the Device manager troubleshooting.Can anybody help to get rid of this problem?

Hi all, I have A Protab tablet (5 yrs old) which suddenly will not connect to my NBN wifi so I cannot get any internet on it at all. I am not a computer savvy person so have no idea what has gone wrong. My settings show broadband and if I try to connect through that, it tells me to plug my unit into the modem.. Can someone help please and explain in basic language for me to understand.. I'm 73 so not up on all the correct terminology... Thank you in advance for any help..

Good afternoon all, I have a protab 10.1 and after some problems I had to do a factory reset, wiping all data. So when it boots up I enter the language, then internet, but at that point it wont connect to the internet and the skip function does not work, how do I get past this point? Thanks heaps Barry

It does but comparatively slow . I think the product best suits with children
Yes thats very true it works but slow, even my kids couldnt do much on it, i dnt recommend it for anything, nothing but problem after problem

What size sim card does this use?
John ProTab does not support a sim card as you would find in a phone. It does support microSD & micro SDHC cards to increase storage capacity.
My pc protab says Your device needs the latest security update and it’s frozen on wallsaver. Any ideas?
This happened to my Protab. I had to do a factory reset which means you will loose all your files on the unit. It pays to have a good backup regime with these things. Check out YouTube - there are videos on how to do a factory reset. Also if windows wants to do updates make sure you plug the Protabe into a AC power point so you don't run out of battery when installing updates as this can also cause it to freeze.
At least you didn't lose your files.
Can anyone recommend a specific SD card? I tried a mini SD l use for our Samsung Tablet but Pro Tab won’t read it... Any suggestions?
Is your SD card over 32GB as the pro only supports up to 32GB. I've been using a 2GB samsung SD micro card in numerous devices & it works fine on the ProTab.
where is the slot for the micro?
is it a OTG Support device?

I have just purchased a Protab laptop from Target , was working fine for a couple of days now im getting " The Broadcom802.11abgn wireless SDIO adapter is experiencing driver or hardware related problems " its not connecting to the internet . Troublshooting is saying " go online and connect to internet to fix .
Seriously anyone have ideas how to fix please ?
Protab laptop or tablet? I havent come across this issue but if its less than 28 days old i would be returning it.

i had the same problem & judging by the blogs on the internet there there are major issues between the broadcom 802 network adapter & windows 10. After spending hours trying to resolve the issue I finally got around the problem by using a Netgear NP545 wireless USB adapter I use in another computer. Just inserted it into the USB port loaded the drivers for the NP545 & it worked straight off the bat

I have a Protab and somehow whilst connected to the internet it tried to upgrade and now it won't turn on - is there anything that can be done?
You should be able to reset the tablet to factory settings, there will be a reset button hidden by just a small access hole that a pin can reach.
To factory reset you hold the power button & the volume button down at the same time out 30 seconds & this will take you into
the factory reset cycle.

Avoid due to one bump or drop and the screen will crack. I went through 2 tablets before getting a lenovo tab 2. Its brilliant
Yes, just install the vlc player app.
Install a media with a variety of codecs so it will any media format.
